229.4%! Keqiao’s growth rate ranks first in the city｜柯桥，增速全市第一
A recent visit to the Qiantang River seawall Anlan project construction site showed a scene bustling with work and life. With an investment of 55 million yuan completed this year, as reported by the on-site person in charge of construction, 37% of the annual plan stands completed. With seawalls serving as a vital barrier against storm surges, the project’s total length and protection will reach 585 kilometers, to a total investment of 582 million yuan. With the project’s main stage commencing construction in August of last year, the area’s “defense duration” will extend from an already lengthy 100 years to a far more impressive 300, upon completion achieving a comprehensive “safety+” improvement and functionality in seawall safety, ecological protection and quality, integration, and management efficiency, ensuring the safety of the area’s original water conservancy for centuries to come.
近日，在位于钱塘江沿岸的我区海塘安澜工程施工现场，所到之处一片繁忙景象。现场施工相关负责人表示，本年度已完成投资5500万元，约占年度计划的37%。海塘是抵御风暴潮的重要屏障。据了解，该工程全长5.85公里，总投资5.82亿元，主体工程于去年8月开工建设，将防御标准由100年一遇提升至300年一遇，建成后将实现海塘安全提标、生态提质、融合提升、管护提效的“安全+”综合功能，保障萧绍平原水利安全。像海塘安澜工程这样的重大水利项目迅速推进，无疑是我区持续推进重点领域补短板投资、完善社会基础设施建设的有力体现。记者日前从区统计局获悉，今年以来，我区全速加快项目建设、全力扩大有效投资，培育更多经济增长动力源，数据显示，1-2月全区实现能源、交通和水利投资增长229.4%，增速位居全市第一。

走进杭州中环柯桥段高架桥改建工程施工现场，能看到一个个桥墩已矗立于道路中间，不少地方已架设好桥梁板，今年以来，在这条半小时融杭交通圈的快速通道上，施工人员全力抢抓进度，确保在杭州亚运会开幕前如期完工通车；今年2月份，柯桥北环快速通道勘察设计项目在区公共资源交易中心完成招标，标志着我区首条成环快速通道——“百亿级”柯桥北环快速通道项目正式启动……处处涌动着抓项目促发展的热潮。这些，都是我区扩大交通基础设施投资和建设的生动写照，今年全区计划实施百亿交通大会战，以“柯桥北环快速通道”为着力点，锚定“公、铁、水”齐头并进，全年完成交通投资100亿元，重点实施“1246”四类13个重大项目，打造海陆空一体的“立体”交通圈，不断提升区位优势，推动城市能级跃升。
